Andrei Sergeyevich Nikitin was born in Moscow in 1979.
In 2001, he graduated from the State University of Management.
In 2007, he received an EMBA degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.
From 2002 to 2011, he worked at the RUSKOMPOSIT group of companies, uniting Russia's largest enterprises in the markets of fibreglass, composites, and geosynthetic materials.
